Basketball !The Minnregs indoor basketball court is generally available from 11 AM to 2 PM on Mondays, Wednsedays and Fridays, and 5 PM to 7 PM on Mondays and Thursdays. Men and women showers are available. Back to Top of Page |

Golf !Generally each year the Minnregs organize a golf day at one of the local courses followed by an awards luncheon at the Minnreg building. Men and women showers are available. Back to Top of Page |

Visit Our Improved Weight
Room! The weight room is
generally open weekdays from 8 AM to 2 PM. The room is equipped with all kinds
of exercise equipment, and men and women showers are even available. After hours
are also available by checking out the key from the Security Guards desk located
just outside of the Plant 1 Cafeteria. We’ve repaired all the lighting and
painted, added a few more pounds of weights and weight racks, cleaned up quite a
bit, and we’re in the process of getting even more exercise equipment. Come take
a look. To use the weight room,
the cost is either $1.00 per visit, OR $50 for Minnreg members ($75 for
non-members) per YEAR. There’s even a locked money box located on the weight
room door. That’s all, so there shouldn’t be any reason not to get into shape.

Volleyball!The Minnregs indoor volleyball court is generally open from 11 AM to 2 PM on Tuesdays for open play and on Thursdays for team and league play. Also, League play is generally scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 7:30 PM. For details call Ed Kubic at (727) 539-5959. Men and women showers are available.Back to Top of Page |
